Plant Wall

My plant obsession started the day my husbands grandmother (Nan) gifted me my first pothos. It was my 20th birthday and I was still in college. This plant is the one that started it all for me. 8 years later, it has grown into an uncontrollable collection of plants that I need to do everything in my power to keep alive.

I keep my plants indoors in the winter and they get to go on vacation outside for the summer - also something I learned from Nan. This is something that has grown more and more difficult as time has gone on.

In 2019 I had a relatively small collection that I crammed onto a few indoor shelves and each year it got progressively harder. After a few years of struggling to bring my plants indoors after they had been flourishing all summer, I decided to build myself an indoor plant shelf or plant wall.

In October 2021, along with the help of a friend, I built myself my plant wall. Over the last 3 years, space is becoming more and more sparse. Looks like I might just have another project in my future!
